Verizon has knowingly and purposely allowed thousands of employees to work with, use and be exposed to a product they knew could cause not only severe injuries, disabilities, birth defects but also cancer and death-had prepared warnings to give to employees-then not given the warnings- apparently to avoid massive worker comp, disability, intentional tort, personal injury, wrongful death and other associated claims and charges,- fired and forced to retire some employees that were injured by this product then refused to pay workers comp, disability benefits and associated claims. This could involve criminal charges against Verizon and corporate officers and others for such injuries and deaths that may have been suffered by huge numbers of employees.
