		<description>Being a copywriter for a large entertainment company, I can tell you: even if this was put together just for the survey it would look a whole awful lot more professional.  We spend weeks and multiple revisions of copy and graphics even on proposals consumers never see. 

Cingular is an enormous company, probably with several advertising and promotions agencies working for them.  If anyone of them ever sent this to Cingular for approval, they would loose their contract.</description>
