Been looking EVERYWHERE for a US release date. Seems they are popping up everywhere but in the US. Have any idea when this phone will hit the states?

Sweet phone design! I just wish Sony-Ericcson would get out of bed with Cingular and become available via Verizon or Sprint.

My first digital phone was a Sony in the early days of Sprint. It was by far the best and most usable phone that I ever owned. Unfortunately, a terrible spill took its precious life after over 4 years of heavy use. I've been switching phones about every 18 months since and none have been near as good. SE (and Apple iPhone) should really open up their devices to other networks for better market penetration. My experience with Cingular (AT&T) was not good at all and I would likely never consider going back to them...ever.
