CeBit, GDC, PMA and CTIA when this year’s Navy Opportunity Forum for small businesses has weapons that shoot invisible wall-penetrating beams that make people dizzy and puke? My flight and hotel reservations are booked!
Invocon, Inc., will be displaying a non-lethal “Star Trek hand-held Phaser Weapon set on ‘Stun’” device geared towards military and law enforcement personnel it says will work through walls and other non-metallic structures. The idea is fairly simple: It’s a beam that goes through a wall, hits its target and makes them fall over from dizziness (possibly puking).
IVC proposes to investigate the use of beamed RF [radio frequency] energy to excite and interrupt the normal process of human hearing and equilibrium. The focus will be in two areas. (1) Interruption of the mechanical transduction process by which sound and position (relative to gravity) are converted to messages that are processed by the brain. (2) Interruption of the chemical engine which sustains the proper operation of the nerve cells that respond to the mechanical transduction mechanisms referenced in item (1). Interruption of either or both of these processes has been clinically shown to produce complete disorientation and confusion.

Sounds like there is some component of SCALAR technology there.
Ive dabbled with LED’S and timing in the RED BLUE GREEN spectrum that causes nausea by disrupting the phase of the light using 555 timers.
Guess who the guinea pig was-Some friends ,my wife and myself.
To hear they now have one that goes through walls tells me they are using freq’s that are doing the same thing only higher freq because it would take a RF signal—(Below the frequency of light to penetrate a wall).
Guess nothing is new–when you think you have the cat’s meow they come out with a louder MEOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!!!
Been tinkering with some old projection tv lenses.
Theese suckers are like 5 inches wide and have an incredible magnification.
Have placed up to 3–3 watt LED’s in each lens running RED-BLUE-GREEN being fired by a 555 timer with 3 3055 driver transistors.
The effects are quite startling to say the least.
The old Delta-78 lenses are great and alot lighter than the older lenses made in the early 90’s.
Next i may try and use Xenon strobe tubes in them to see what kind of effects i can make. (Xenon laser ????) lol :-)
Oh and about putting photos on (Flickr) that scares me,a guy i know that made a microwave gun from a magntron tube from a microwave oven had his website shutdown.
Soooooooooo that being said i suppose the government does not care about talk as along as you don’t photograph your device and post it for the world to reproduce.
