The Sprint store I bought the card from didn't either. I'm trying another store tomorrow, if they don't have the tools then I'll give back the card and demand a refund. What an inane situation. Sprint can't afford to pay a third-party developer to write a Mac-version of their activation software? Lame, so very lame. It's like saying "Here's your new car.
