Your reports will be more visually informative if you make sure that the lighting of you (and the Flipstart) are lit from the FRONT so that we can see the keys, details, etc. as they are reflected back into the camera lens.  Instead, you have done the EXACT OPPOSITE which means you are backlit by the desk lamp behind you.  This unfotunately made all your close-ups very dark and we couldn&#039;t see what you were trying to show us very well.</description>
