Novatel V740 Rev A ExpressCard Brings The Speed (For A Price)
by Vince Veneziani on March 15, 2007

Due out of the end of March is the Novatel V740 Revision A ExpressCard for Verizon. Aside from having an extremely long product name, this card will give you some fantastic speeds whether you use OS X or Windows. However, this card isn’t as cheap as we’d like it to be. You can nab it online for $110 with a 2-year contract from 3Gstore.com and word on the street is that Verizon may be offering an ExpressCard to PCMCIA adaptor and a $50 mail-in rebate with the purchase of one.

You already know mobile EVDO broadband doesn’t come cheap, so be prepared to pay an astronomical monthly fee as well.
