If and when Apple TV ever comes out, you might want to consider hooking it up to the Miglia TVMax+. Sure, the name is kinda redundant (Max plus? Is max just not good enough?) but it lets you record juicy content right onto your 5G iPod, Mac or Apple TV. It’s also a digital TV tuner. Think TiVo-like capabilities. Supported video codes include MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and Divx; h.264 isn’t cool enough for Miglia I guess. It’s just under $300, which is too blue for my blood, especially when you can jury rig similar devices from spare hard drives you have laying around.
