It says right in the customer T's and C's that the carrier reserves the right to change the rate plan at any time. In fact, T-Mobile has specifically told its customer service reps to not do this. Also, don't bet on the iPhone. That hunk of crap will play one song and leave you with no battery to make a call - just like that garbage Al Rokr phone they came out with. Don’t bet on it.
