I’ll tell you what, you call me, and we’ll go down to Fry’s and buy the best thing they have. Then I’ll get these guys I know who make custom snowboard cases for rich people to make something even cooler for your laptop. I’ve got a guy who does pinstriping on cars and bikes, he could totally trick this thing out. We’ll even cover it in those god-awful crystals Paris and her crew bling around. And we’ll do it all for one-tenth of what the jokers at Luvaglio want for this thing.
Oh, and we’ll have a lot more fun doing it.

I think that these laptop makers forgot to consider the fact that most laptop users want to buy laptops because they’re “mobile” devices. Who the heck in their right mind is going to lug around one of these docking stations, despite the cool factor?

I carry around a laptop but when I’m at my desk I use a docking station. i’m guessing the designer had a similar idea. Mobile computing is great but I don’t want to use the tiny keyboard and small screen when sitting at my desk.

Speaking of strippers for a million jr. bacon cheese burgers that laptop better work on the lap like a vegas stripper who got a $50 tip .

The “docking station,” from the video, does not look like it has any special features besides the ability to make the laptop look like it is being raised from a grave. I don’t see any keyboard or larger screen.
Ryan, don’t get me wrong, docking stations exist for a reason, but I don’t see the benefit of this particular one.

I dont think its a “docking station” I think its just a box. I guess you cant had a million dollar laptop arriving in cardboard! Unless there are ports at the back but can’t see it.
Tamar, I don’t think the designers had in mind people that needed to worry about “mobility”, it would look good on my bosses desk thats for sure, better then any desktop I’ve seen. Plus people that would be intersted in this have drivers and private jets.
Anyway there are million dollar mobile phones out there AND you’re more likely to lose that then a laptop plus mobiles are supposed to be mobile, laptops are supposed to be put on your lap ;) and I’d like one of these on my lap! I guess I gotta work preeeetty hard.
