In the near future you’ll be able to stream all of your iTunes content to your cellphone. Whaaaaat? SlingBox, maker of SlingPlayer, says it’s working on software that’ll work with Apple TV, letting users stream content from their PC, to their Apple TV and finally to their cellphone. (Provided the cellphone works with SlingPlayer—right now, limited to phones running Windows Mobile, Palm and Symbian.) It’s not the most streamlined method, but it’s a start. Maybe if Apple designed the iPhone to stream content out of the box, we wouldn’t have to depend on third-parties to pick up the slack.
