I hate my sidekick id. It looses signal every 5 minutes, and tmobile finds some way to rape me on my bill every month. The phone is a piece of crap. I missed my husbands call from overseas because my phone is lame-o. Always searching for a signal——anywhere! SUCKS! Don’t buy one. My standard Nokia that was next to nothing in price is a better phone.

i know it’s 99$ with a 2 year contract but does anyone know how much the SK ID is if you has a pay as you go plan? basically how much is just the phone without the contract?

I had this sidekick last October since my mom broke my SK3. Having Sidekick 3, I was pretty fond of it, and when I got my SK ID, I actually like this one even more.

Pretty different not in a good way or bad way, but for me, I’ve already got an IPOD and DigiCam, so I didn’t care about the no music and camera features. I told my mother to get me a phone strictly towards texting, cause I text like craaazy. It’s waay easier to type, and the phone itself is crisper and sturdier than SK3. I’ve dropped it like 8 times since then and nothing really happened.

The SK3 and SK ID is same for me.

If your a text fiend, this phone is perfect for you.
Seriously.
I tend to keep this phone until Christmas, actually.
Until I get the Sony Ericsson Xpheria X1.

i think that the sk id is a pretty good fone! although i really wanted the sk3 partly because of the camera and music player, i would be okay with this phone because it pretty cheep! i already have a camera and a 1g crappy ipod…but i’ll live with this phone.

Im in middle school still adn their are SO MANY teens from the ages 9-16 with the SK id and people have digital camera now a days that make up for the phone not having one and we have ipods that make up for not having an mp3 player.
