Toshiba Enters Portable Hard Drive Market
by Vince Veneziani on April 16, 2007

Having a cluttered desk can suck. So purchasing space-saving electronics can really be a key factor in keeping tidy. Toshiba’s new hard drives are less than an inch thick and smaller than a 4×6 photo. Other than a small size, they’re the same as any other external hard disk. You know, USB 2.0, sleek case, and semi-low price point.

You’ll be able to nab the 100GB version for $130 and the 200GB model for $230. Not too shabby, but I’ve seen better deals around. They’re available now online and possibly brick-and-mortar stores.
