Unfortunately in the list of "not too many people subscribe to Disney Mobile", my family is one that does. Overall we are disappointed, to put it mildly. Unfortunately the cost to exit out of the 2 year commitment is extremely high and Disney will not waive the early termination fee, even though we have pages and pages of support calls and inumerable unresolved issues with the phones, service, programming and reliability. The service is good for Grade School kids, only. Parents can use the control and tracking features online without locking themselves into this service. Teenagers beware.
