Is This The Zune Phone UI?

Zune Phone CG told you about? You do? Very good. Other than the fact that it was coming out and we didn’t know anything else about it, but it seems the patent monkeys have found the patent for the Zune Phone’s UI.

The UI appears to be tiled and whatever it is you wish to see will be brought to the forefront whilst everything else stays in the background. I think it kicks much ass and definitely adds a unique UI to the market that looks very easy to use. Again, we shall see what happens and if this actually materializes. I, for one, cannot wait.

ummm. since i have not seen anyone state the obvious i will do it.

This seems to be something earlier than ZENZUI, but just add the conventions of this along with both ZenZui and Deepfish and is clear to say that the GUI of the ZunePhone could be quite cool..

i also cannot wait… i will be getting ZPhone or the MEIZU…

Could a forthcoming Zune Phone be the reason the iPhone is curiously lacking support for Word & Excel docs and Exchange push email support? Microsoft stonewalling Apple for the business market perhaps?

Or vice-versa. No support of Microsoft on a phone that is going to sell by the container load to a young audience could mean an entire generation of people accustomed to not using Microsoft anywhere but their seriously uncool schools.
