Linux/Ubuntu still offers a very mediocre desktop experience burdened with piss poor designed open source desktop applications. Until desktop Linux can deliver the same rich high quality desktop that OSX offers, backed by innovative COMMERCIAL applications (read: no more free open source hobbyist amateurware please), Ubuntu won't be running on my Mac anytime soon.
