		<description>@ Kevin: That's one way, but I prefer to cook mine with indirect heat, I keep it to the side of the grill, not over the flame. Sure it takes longer, but it makes for a juicier steak. :)</description>

		<description>22 minutes?? What you like eating Charcoal?!?!

Good steaks should be exposed to flame for no more than 4 minutes per side.  The grill should be extremely hot so as to properly sear the outside leaving the internal meat undamaged.</description>
