Have these people not thought it may be a nonworking mock up prop for the show?
What do you mean, mock-up? Prop? Everything you see on TV is REAL, yes REAL, especially when it comes to incredibly slick, small, feature-ladden gadgets you can’t buy! They all exist in some hidden drawers where only Steve Jobs and TV show producers have access to pull one out once in a while and show to us that the we still live in the previous century (technologically)!

Looks nothing like the iPhone at all. The camera placement is wrong in the first picture. Also it looks like the camera has a flash, when the iPhone doesn’t. And another telltale sign, the back is black as opposed to the silvery one on the iPhone.

… where is a telepath when you need them! Heroes using mobile devices to keep in contact sounds kinda un-heroe-ish to me – you would think one of the super powers they would all share is the ability to communicate with one another no matter where in the Universe they are located!
