In fact, the more famous pieces of vaporware (Duke Nukem Forever anyone?) have had many MANY release dates with just as many delays. The Optimus has seen its fair share of delays, and I am still sceptical as to whether it will ever see the light of day. A pre-order date doesn't change that opinion, and December is quite a while out, it can easily slip into "beginning of 2008", then "Spring 2008" and so on... But I'm already looking forward to reading about the DIY video player hack (which will come out about 7 days after the keyboard has been shipped) that uses all keys together like a wall of screens to play some DivX video on your keyboard, haha! Ever since I want this, but $1,500?...Geez I'm planning on buying a new computer soon and I think my price is at $1,500 total.
