Video: Intel Imagines Our Future, Will Be Run By UMPCs That Let Me Be Me

This is Intel’s vision of the future, a future where it powers UMPCs that run our lives. In this truly Orwellian vision, meetings can be changed at a moment’s notice, we can get directions while driving to Some Place (while still listening to Beethoven, since there’s been no authentic cultural developments in the future) and check all the late breaking developments while at a rave. Thank you, Intel, for making the future livable.

The video must be of an alternate reality. Because UMPCs will die out like the PDA in the future and replaced with something better. And in the future those UMPC are still to big to carry around with you.

Wow… I better buy a whole bunch of used cars NOW because in the future, people drive cars from the 90’s! I will be a kazilionaire by cornering the car marketplace!
