Dell installs a lot of crap that you have to get rid of. (but when did Dell ever not do that?) Other than that I haven't had much problem with it. Photoshop CS2 works, 3DS Max 8 works (though it doesn't like the Aero style and will change to 'basic' whenever opened, which is the same as Aero except without the transparency), Firefox works...so yeah. Oh, and it also wouldn't let me install the graphics drivers from the disc, had to download them from nvidia's site. Oh, and the 2nd & 3rd time I booted up, the sidebar had an error and closed out. I don't know what caused that problem, but it after that it worked. I didn't think I'd like the sidebar, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I only have my processing specs (both cpu's and memory) being shown, as well as an RSS feed of you guys. So it doesn't take up that much space. Other than all that stuff, and just getting use to how they set up the browsing through folders, etc, etc, etc....it's not that bad.
