Who's the frakjack who sold it to you?' is a *nice* idea (don't pawn shops do that already?) OTOH, collecting fingerprints? Ok, that's a bit too orwellian. Can I hate and like this idea at the same time? Make it so frustrating to both the buyer and seller that they just say "screw it" and stop buying or selling used cds. Of course, how they expect this to LOWER piracy is anyone's guess.
