NOT TRUE! I terminated my service with helio after a year. I got it when they first came out with the slider. They aid they would honor the Myspace agreement and now I’m debating with them over my ETF charge of $175. they said the claim on myspace is Bogus and invaled!

BEWARE! and I DID confirm with a phone agent to see if it was true. I was told it was. they probably just wanted the business since they were just starting.

I just got an Ocean with the NEW firmware version (I heard the old one was buggy) from http://www.FinaWireless.com. I got it fast and I got a sweet LCD car charger too!

I got my Helio Ocean from http://www.heliobuy.com and they were able to confirm the MySpace Promo where you can get your Helio device from them which is half of the Helio direct price and be able to go month to month as long as you have a MySpace Account before signing up for the Helio service.

finawireless.com is not a very good website. Their shipping department is incompetent and their customer service is terrible. If you do not want to buy directly from helio, find another website. I highly recommend not using fina.

ok think about it..
minus the flaws.

even with the tax..
for the price at 500daily mins.

helio is one of the best deals out there with ALL THE FEATURES YOU GET.
beats at&t, verizon etc.

real internet, gps google and garmin on the ocean.

just take a look at evrything..
they offer compared to other services.

This sucks i was goin to get the helio ocean from fina wireless or some other site.
as of todays date..
that offers $149.00 for the phone.
$30 activation fee..first months bill only
$65 bill + what ever tax equals (500min.)

Seems kinda pricey but you do get a lot of awsome features.

I dont know whats everyones real opinion??
And experience with helio..phones and service.?

Let me know.
But i might wait anyway price should hopefully go way down around christmas or so.
