I can't take any more sob stories. We've all been had. The up-shot of the whole Kodak 5300 series story is that Kodak have really BOMBED with this product. DON'T BUY IT!!!!! And do not trust Kodak on any other sales pitches. I have to say that the online tech support was congenial but that doesn't get the job done on a piece of junk that should never have gone to market - and Kodak knew it was junk when they off-loaded it to the public.
