Sony PS3 owners, take heart. The Japanese Giant has declared that you will be getting content for your systems in the form of 34 upcoming games, including Grand Theft Auto IV, Timeshift, and something about some pirates at the end of the world. I think it’s a porn.
These are all on a 12-month release schedule, and exact dates weren’t given for each game, but in the end it puts a stop to the biggest complaint gamers have about the latest monster Playstation: the glut in games.
So, uh, take that, X-Box!

The PS3 is going to be basically the same as the PS2. It has exactly the same scenario. Powerful hardware which developers can’t take advantage of, lack of good games, ugly as sin… There was an article on Digg a while ago from 1997 which spoke of how the PS2 would be a failure yet it has been selling more than even the next-gen systems. I just hope Sony does something sooner or later to pull themselves out of this rut.

The last game console I purchased was a Nintendo 64.
