After a few weeks passed the slider on the phone became weak. My touch screen now has become a punch screen since I have to tap harder than you should. I have had problems with not getting any incoming call, the phone has lost e-mails and text messages. When I tried to reset the phone it takes forever about 3 mins to reboot. The wing is a not the best PDA phone out there now, I wish I went with a Blackberry or the Dash now. The only good thing about the wing is the full screen size, memory and usage are lacking in all ways. I have had my wing for 6 months now, When I first got the phone it worked like it should of.
