		<description>I do commend Blizzard for their generosity in this regard, although many times the impetus is not altruism, but rather the good press that might be generated as evidenced above.  However...their actions in this regard are mutually exclusive of their actions regarding the support and downtime of the product and service they offer.

Their support is terrible, and their servers leave a lot to be desired...and with the financial coffers that they have, they should have google level uptimes.  No Vince...boo Blizzard.</description>
