The upcoming Guitar Hero 3 is sure to be another hit in the franchise with all sorts of new features, ‘face-melting’ tracks, and controllers. The first time I played Guitar Hero I embarrassed myself and almost ran out of Best Buy crying. Anyways, the latest and greatest will be released on all major platforms with the addition of some downloadable content. A few of the key new features are multi-player battle mode, punishing boss modes and authentic rock venues. You can even go head-to-head with other ‘guitarists’ online and see who shreds better, nerds.
Instead of the crappy controllers of yesteryear you can rock out with Gibson Les Paul and Kramer guitars that will have interchangeable faceplates and new button colors. The Les Paul will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii. The Kramer will be an exclusive for the PS2. Rock on! Now here are the real goodies. Hey, i dominated guitar hero 2 but it was a very fun game!!!! There is one game though that would be the coolest song in the world to put on guitar hero 3. Queen – Bohemian Rapsody If You could put this song on this game i would buy it for $200 if i had to
Blobs got somewhat the right idea. Most people start crying when they hear death metal songs and are like “omg it sucks the growling is so bad:-(.” To actually growl there is technique believe it or not.
If you actually knew anything about music you would see that it takes a lot of talent to produce music like that. NuMetal bands like Disturbed, Korn, etc would break their fingers attempting to play REAL metal. Cannibal corpse is extremely technical and would be alot of fun to play on GH3 just like on real guitar. Or Necrophagist! Im not saying everyone should like metal though, at least respect it.
I would love to see some zepplin, But don’t forget in GH2…. No Stairway!
Guitar Hero is the best game ever, but I think that some of the songs are a little to soft. I’m a headbanger and it would be nice to have some more heavier stuff.

i think a lot of people dont like korn because they dont understand their lyrics. its not korns music that makes them so popular, its their backround and story of how they became what they are today. and yeah i admit korn songs wouldn’t be right for guitar hero but korn songs that might be fun to me would be either “good god” or “somebody someone” and “falling away from me” too i guess.
For Guitar Hero 3, I think it would be awesome if some Green Day, Evanescence, Nirvana, U2 and Avenged Sevenfold was on there.

hey*cough* wear a cotton glove on your fret hand. it helps you slide your fingers up and down the buttons easier. GH3 deffinately needs ‘welcome to the jungle’ and ‘crazy train’. anyone agree with ‘highway to hell’.
