This is actually a fascinating decision, since many film makers were recently in an epic court battle against “clean films” companies that edited films to remove objectionable content – they won. They lost against ClearPlay (which only causes the DVD player to skip scenes, it doesn’t physically alter the artwork). Part of their reasoning was that individuals could add pornography if it was considered legal to edit the DVDs.

why edit anything if not for the sole purpose of adding nudity and pornography,
i mean its what gives editors and the internet a pulse
