I had a Tapwave Zodiac; that was theoretically open to third parties too, but your binaries had to be signed by Tapwave at great expense to use the hardware. If Apple put similar hurdles in place I&#039;m not interested; a lot of the best Mac software is free or shareware.</description>

		<description>If this actually is true this is very nice and will help Apple and the iPhone grow. I knew it would happen someday. It is just the iPhone is Apple&#039;s new toy and they don&#039;t want to share (who would anyway?). I&#039;m glad Apple is deciding to let other companies in on the fun. As for Word/Office? Hrmm... Microsoft is probably going to make Apple (and the consumer) pay for that one, simply because Microsoft can... and they are mean (I&#039;d say worse but swaring is not appropriate here).</description>
