Well I have had these for about 4 months now, and although it doesn't make you *extremely ripped, it has definately improved my overall physical fitness. However it is an essential part of a workout, and thus will, in combination with other workouts/exercises, give you a better physique.
The perfect pushup does an excellent job of developing FUNCTIONAL PHYSICAL FITNESS, and there are a handful of varying exercises you can do which mimic natural athletic movements of the body. Overall, this is a great product, and probably the best 30 bucks I spent recently next to more gatorade and constructing a pull-up bar in the backyard.

(duh! the only way to look great is to exercise all parts of physical fitness...and BTW just lifting weight don't cut it, you've got to have cardo too [running, swimming, cycling, mountain biking etc.])

I know I'm late to the party, but for the sake of anyone else reading this, what was already written above is as good as it gets. Sure, "Courtesy" responds to one other post later on, but it's not that entertaining.
Oh, wait! There is one other thing later on. Just look for the post where some Italian says f*** USA. That gets some decent responses.
For those of you who were actually still interested in the reviews of Perfect Pushup, everyone who has tried it has liked it.

Thanks to everybody who participated!

There was nothing that was said that would be subject to UCMJ nor anything that would jeopardize any security clearance...simple bravado, something that's instilled during basic training and can be seen outside any training base. Quit trying to impress folks.

well i've been working out for awhile and these lil buggers are great!! then theres these slight vices that keep me from reaching my goal.... I'm.. well...
I'm pregnant, and the fact that i'ma guy really scares me. It seems the bionic compounds released by the rotating FEM conductors of the perfect push ups have really reved up the competetion.. not only here on earth but also on the star above us. It really pushes us to swim under the planets not to mention that it really swivells well even when you stand on the handles and try to imitate ballerina moves..

I'm just a 16 year old who wanted to tone my arms and build some muscle.

After following 21 day plan, my upper arms had definitely shed some fat and saggage.

I totally recommend the PP if you want leaner, stronger arms.

I just bought the Perfect Pushup original this morning and have completed my first P.U. workout with it. I could feel the immense difference (by that, I mean it works more muscles with more intensity per rep) from the very first repition! At my initial test I did 20 with the perfect pushup, and so my goal for now will be 50 with them. Honestly I'm not sure how many correct standard pushups I can do on my bare hands (probably around 37-50) because I am not confident about my form. However, with the Perfect Pushup, I think that I am doing every single pushup 110% correctly. I did a few regular pushups after my workout and they felt easy...the distance you have to bring your chest down felt like nothing compared to the Perfect Pushup.

I bought the Perfect Pushup because I know Stew Smith (Navy Seal) recommended them along with his popular push-up programs, as well as I liked the idea of going down in a fuller range of motion, so if you can do these, then you can do any sort of pushup. I am 16 and want to join the military one day, probably Army or Marine Corps.

So, with that being said, I'll post again after I achieve some decent results. Until then, HOOAH, OORAH! and stay motivated!...oh yeah, get down an' do some PUSH UPS.

Let's argue some more, guys. Really, I think its an awesome way to live your life.

Actually, grow the fuck up and maybe get of your asses and do something.

As for the Perfect Pushup, I think they are awesome. My friend has them and the first time I used them I was surprised at how much more difficult they are than regular floor pushups. I'm looking to get my own soon! I

I have tried them at a friend's house, and they made my chest, arms, and stomach feel different than regular push-ups. I have been bored with the gym lately and have been jogging more and doing push-ups/sit-ups when done. I ordered my PP on Saturday. Its Thursday now and I am really looking forward to seeing any differences after 21 days. I will most likely take a before and after pic just to see if any difference is made. I think there will be.

Your comments mean a lot, coming from someone dub "Anonymous". By the way, I've got balls. As far as "Fat Shit", that's what your mother did when she had you.

I think you need to check what you write before you post it. Not the best grammar buddy. Here's a site that might help you out with that.
