Look inside and if you CAN see all the way to the disc drive you don't have a new heatsink. If its blocked by another metal Box with a gold nob it looks like on it then You have that second NEW HEATSINK. I have the new Heatsink and I found out this little spy deal researching about it like I'm still doing. So far my 360 has been fine knock in wood though!! I live in the US, I am just wondering if anyone else in the US that sent their 360 in for repair in June, got shafted on this supposed heatsink. I am starting to think it's all BS. Also, did you know, the ELITE has the same defective heat sink, and break down prone DVD drive as the 360? Look at the video a short way down the page of my site.
