I love the idea of being able to charge up my car from my own solar panels. What about hydrogen fuel cells. Will we be able to have a little box in our garage that will make hydrogen and oxygen out of water, powered by our own solar panels? We can run our cars on the hydrogen and pump the oxygen back into our house improving the indoor air quality?

As the owner of 2 Prius' I wanted to mention there are already solar options for charging the Prius. Heres a website featuring a video showing the solar roof option for the Prius.
