  • Gaaa! French writing! What has happened, John?

    And what does
“The French institute of language also required for that the citizens call of Blackberrys “wall.””

mean, anyway? And why does the link say “not a link”?

  • heh… sorry. i’m sure it reads horribly.

  • “mur” in this case doesn’t reference a wall but the name for the fruit that blackberry in french…

    where’s the whole translated:

The french gouverment officially banned blackberrys made by RIM and wont allow them to acces emails on federal accounts. “Le Monde” (probably a newspaper) reports that the France security services beleive that Blackberrys could be compromised by “outsiders” (I guess, not sure what they mean by “porcs étrangers”).

“They (RIM) tried to offer us something else to replace our Blackberrys but that didn’t (or doesn’t) work”, told a anonymous municipal officer.

Moreover, the french instute of language needed the citizens to call Blackberry’s “mur” (the fruit itself in french).

  • John, yea, it does read horribly. It still possible to get the gist of it…

  • (I guess, not sure what they mean by “porcs étrangers”) – that was supposed to be “foreign swine.”

    But it was fun, non?

  • well, “porc” is actually “pig”, that’s for sure… so “foreign pigs”, I’ve never heard that expression in french before, but I’m sure it’s not very nice…

  • wHAT the hell man.
Are people reading the same page that I am??!?
It doesn’t read horribly, it doesn’t even read at all!
Dude, I guess were looking for a change of style, but WOAH.
    not cool
