Oh man, they are in a world of trouble. The XBR2's and XBR3's that were released last year have had an endless number of complaints regarding mura (clouding) that Sony has failed to acknowledge as a defect. People are going to start bringing in their TVs expecting the Sony reps to do something about it and will soon realize they were better off not having this option made available. A simple google search will reveal the troubles associated with clouding and these sets...i'm hoping the new XBR4's and 5's are cloud free!
