Pretty slick… Just signed up, installed and tested with a BB Pearl on TMo. The only complaint I have is even if you record your own greeting you get the SimulSays lady saying “Your message will be transcribed — speak slowly and clearly” after the recorded greeting you set up. This is kinda lame considering the way SimulSays makes there money is on incoming calls. Any “carrier” who terminates a call gets paid a per minute amount from the incoming carrier. So… The fact that they advertise and still get paid is a little lame. Oh well — works well!

How do I make the email transcription work? I’m using Callwave at the moment but I’d like to try Simulsays because I like the software and interface for listening to the message, but the transcription is the most important feature for me. The website says it should work and I checked the box in the My Account page, I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

It actually will work today. Just need a small tweak on our end. We are working out that minor process on the back end so soon it will be just as easy to sign up for such carriers and use SimulSays.

I tried to find the WM version of simulsays a couple days ago. I searched for a solid 20 minutes, then even emailed support telling them that several articles reported a WM version available but I couldn’t find it. They never got back to me. Interesting to see that you dug it up.
