Why does no one seem to undestand the problem.. I love my Xbox, got oblivion gears of war.. C&C 3 and i dident want to believe it at first, however most of my discs are scratched and one of my new games does not even work anymore.. played it less than 20 hours as it was brand new.. No i am not an idiot who thinks its a good idea to move my xbox when i play games.. and its in the 'safer' horizonal position. I hope they can fix my console by replacing the disc drive.. Other wise ill have to for the home fix and get some of those foam pads which stop the disc hitting the disc mechanism.

This is bogus to begin with. There's a damn sticker on the disc tray that says something to the effect of don't move the concole with a disc inside. You can't insert a disc without noticing the sticker.
