		<description>I had a similar experience dealing with the USPS.  I opted to pay for express shipping and is that what I received ...... oh no.  $38 and guaranteed 3 day delivery to anywhere in the world.  Package got there in 3 weeks.  

The postal guys probably read this site and are now playing around with your iPhone.  Good luck</description>
