Germany is great. I throw old junk out of my window all the time- I live in *former* east Berlin (eastsiiiide), and even though unification happened over ten years ago there is STILL a permanent construction site in our block’s inner court. This means that when something doesn’t work, I just let it test its ability to fly from the 7th floor. Achtung, baby!

For the guys sake, I hope he didn’t throw out an LCD monitor with Mercury in it out the window… :P
