		<description>I switched from Helio back to Cingular because of how locked down the phone felt.  No access to the file-system, no ability to install 3rd party apps, web browser forced through google proxy.  It&#039;s starting to look like Helio&#039;s different enough from the other carriers that they aren&#039;t using a locked phone to force people to pay for extra features (though the YouTube fiasco was a good/bad sign).</description>
