It promises only that "Purchasers during the promotional period will have this no monthly charge service for at least three years." And it has a great big disclaimer that "This announcement contains forward-looking statements ... Actual results may differ significantly from management's expectations. These forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties that include, ..." Sounds to me that they know that they can't really deliver on all the promises and their lawyers are leaving them a way out. Can't see how this would be a good investment of $400.
