		<description>I wouldn&#039;t be so quick to call these &quot;cheap&quot;, in fact it sounds like a scam.  Now if they plan on keeping the traditional $10 plan too, this is great.  If you HAVE to pay $16 for the $10 plan, this is a scam and in my opinion is not worth the fact you could get a bare bones package for $7.
