Both of them died within 24 hours. Western Digital took more than 2 weeks to reply to my troubleshooting email. Sorry Western Digital. I used to be a big supporter of yours. Due to your shoddy manufacturing as well as your lackluster support, I'm not buying any more Western Digital drives. Clean up your act.
