Apple Releases iPhone Tool

I’m sick of everything iPhone-related, but this was way too funny to pass up. I wasn’t aware that Apple had released an official iPhone tool until I came across this gem on eBay and later on Flickr. This tool is only issued to Apple Support, but now you can own your very own, so you won’t have to suffer from seperation anxiety while your precious is being serviced. The iPhone tool is still in its original packaging and includes instructions, but there seems to be a problem according to the seller:
NOTE: The clip doesn’t come ready to use, you must bend the long end out before it is ready to use. There are no instructions on how to do this and I’m not much of a DIY guy, so hopefully you are.

The auction is up for another seven days, but bidding is already at $41.

So if my cube days serve me well, I think I spy with my little tech eye…a paper clip.
Even better an unprepared paper clip to jam into the iPhone. It must be nano technology; bend it and little apple bots come alive to run a flurry of diagnostic tools on the holy device.
Where’s a guy with a trumpet when you need him.

WTF.
Is there really any other response to this. People really are willing to pay 41 dollars for a fucking paper clip. SMH.

You have to read the Q&A on the auction; it is hysterical.
