Then it would not turn back on unless you reset it. Not one key would work. Took it back, got another one. Hey, things happen, right? Well, that one, although I set the email synch to the shortest amount of time, which is 5 minutes, my emails would not hit the phone until hours later. And then, they would come 10 at a time. Additionally, by the time I fumbled long enough to get the keypad in view to even dial a number, the backlight would go off even though I had it set to as high a number of minutes that I could before it would eat the battery up. This phone is heavy, bulky, and definitely not user friendly. I will say the touch screen feature is very nice. I finally returned it and went back to my trusty Crackberry. If you're a businessperson on the go in need of your emails at least within, oh, a day or so, this new gadget is NOT FOR U. With my corporate discount, this baby is $150 after $100 rebate. That is an insane price. I upgraded tot he 2GB SD card as well. My Nokia had no vibrate, camera or ringtones.
