Well, look what showed up at the FCC today, a patent for a “wide touchpad on a portable computer.” The patent indicates the palmrest instead of the touchpad, but the fact remains the same. We called it and now we can say, “we told you so.”

Here is another one for the I-told-you-soo-league: Who will bring multi-touch to the masses? Apple? No. Microsoft? No. The Porn industry? YES! Obviously the only thing missing from true “interaction” with your favorite starlet was the ability to touch her in multiple places at the same time! Interactive Uber-HD-Porn, here we come ;-)
