Does anyone buy new CDs anymore? It's all about the Pawn Shops in FL (Granted, not very convenient or organized in most cases). I, too, have yet to purchase a MP3 player (for myself) yet. (I did buy a Creative Muvo for the GF awhile back). I'm still plodding along using my Motorola E815 and a 1GB MicroSD card (as the Moto Software still won't support/access 2GB). I'm waiting to see what the latest revision of the Nano is all about (as I am wanting flash-based, small, good GUI, and the rumored video capability would be bonus (as long as I can 'pipe' the video out of the Nano and into a portable DVD player's screen or to a tv).

It is a shame that some music labels and companies still think the best policy is to screw the customer. I still buy CD's for music beacuse I know that the music is mine - I can copy it in MP3 or any other format and use it as I like without breaking any stupid laws. DRM and other "protections" are why I have yet to join the 21st Century and buy an MP3 player - until they figure out a balance that they (the companies) and we (the consumers) can live with than I will party like it's 1999 and spin my 25 year old format of choice -CD.
