I am not too upset. I paid like $180 for the camera (7.1 mp with IS and tons of features) and all I need is a point and shoot. Something simple for family photos.

But darn it, I hate buying stuff and the next week a new better thing replaces it. I bought an iPod Video a couple years ago, 60 GB, and 3 weeks later the 80 GB version was released for a lower price than I paid! I have yet to fill up the 60 GB but still, it's the principle, lol.

The days where a camera was updated every few years are now dead... I can only hope this makes them more affordable in the future.
