I might have to link to this. To me, it makes a statement about how sad a con is, nomatter what kind of con you go to... there's a punch bowl, dancing, and a lot of geeks wandering around a bunch of boots to get trinkets. There will be some industry there that'll talk about the future, and mostly tell you things that you already know. But if that sounds exciting, why not?
