I have a friend that loves to garden...and she was having problems with her back....and feeling bad for her...on the tv pops the awesome auger and in my sad state I picked up the phone and dialed....why oh why did I do that without run to my computer..... That recorded voice, that answers no questions.... I will never ever order things that have no shipping cost and you can't ask this voice! The next day my mind opened up and I am on the customer service line for a long time and I am not going to give up... well here comes a live person on the line...we have to have more time your order has not been worked on we need 24 hours... I got the package the next day.....A drill will a cord to use in a garden that you water? o.oo cost ship 19.95 the set - 2pcs 3" and 4" what ever!!!!!!! cost 19.95 ship 6.95. Total 50.50 and no free gifts.....nothing! Calling them just pissed, me off more.... it's going to cost me to ship the thing back, but keep the drill, I am a female and I have two great drills....this thing is a toy!!!!! and they will send me 19.95 only...the balance is shipping and handling....RIGHT! I am still going to report them to the BBB and the Atttorney General of NY State and maybe others should do the same to stop this scam.
